Our food menu includes traditional dishes that are local to the Mien Tay region. Why not try our bream or bass cooked whole with mango or the stir-fried goat with galangal? Our family favourite is the sliced beef salad with watercress and the most popular dishes in our Shoreditch restaurant are the chargrilled quail with honey, garlic & spices and the beef wrapped in rice-paper.
For our wine list, Willie Lebus of award winning independent wine merchant Bibendum Ltd has selected a stress-free list of just 14 wines, fizz and sherry from various artisanal estates including some that grow their grapes organically or biodynamically. Together we have matched them with dishes to compliment both the food and wine. Our wines are available by the glass, carafe and bottle so you can enjoy experimenting – as always we welcome all feedback including food-matching suggestions.
